Leadership has changed over the past year or so and there have been dramatic changes/improvements. Leadership has focused on adding new initiatives, departments, and people to better support the company, the individuals we serve and make The MENTOR Network an ideal place to work.

Again, very friendly people that I work with on a daily basis and I am free to ask questions and/or make mistakes and learn from them as opposed to being criticized for them as a new employee still learning. We are all human, are going to learn diff. ways,make mistakes and I feel it is acknowledged
