The people are so patient and kind - as a new employee, I feel very free to ask additional questions and offer suggestions on how better to do my job.

Very helpful, great attitudes when we have team meetings.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy sourcing and finding candidates that are good matches for the Company's goals, mission, and values
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very down to earth and teach by doing as opposed to giving orders. Also very open to help when needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was friendly and fast - they were flexible with a start date. I do feel IT could have been more efficient with programs and equipment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, very friendly people that I work with on a daily basis and I am free to ask questions and/or make mistakes and learn from them as opposed to being criticized for them as a new employee still learning. We are all human, are going to learn diff. ways,make mistakes and I feel it is acknowledged
