More money. I only make $13/hr and I have to feed, bathe, clothe, and give controlled substance medications to severely disabled adults. Would our CEO do that? I highly doubt it.

If brought to their attention they will make sure meds are available and don't run out unless pharmacy has back order. Some can be quite professional and get things done when needed and there's no time left to procrastinate. Upper management better than the two middle ranks.
