Short staffed, high rate turn overs, staffing do not return with no notice, all hazards of wirking in homes are not fully explained when hired, unabke to get consistent staff scheduling thus leaving i duty staffer to be responsible for assigned shift and folliwing shifts with no relief.

Leadership, management, consistentncy in staffing, ways to address high turn over rates in staffing, making sure someone is available to releave staffing from unconfirmed wirk hours beyond their shift
