As a PM staff I do not appreciate having an observer watch me for 1 hour of my shift and determined that I am not performing my job especially when I prep/completed all tasks, chores, and activities the night before. I need to be treated fairly and paid fairy for the extra hours I am forced to work.

Offered a promotion with not even a $2 raise, it feels extremely insulting. The pay rate for a PS position is severely underfunded. It is around $16 an hour when other companies are paying at the very least $20. I have not taken the job even though I want to, just does not pay enough.

Clients needs, concerns and freewill are clients did not have what they need to get by such as appropriate size shower chair, hoyer that fits them etc. Concerns are treated as suggestion. Clients don't get to choose where they go and what they want to do. Clients stuck in the house for months.
