My office is laid back and we have a balance of work and personal relationships that help us interact in a better way.

They are very down to earth and treat others the same as they would like to be treated. They never look down on others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team works well together and tries to assist one another in any way they can. My larger team isn't as good at working together, but I always try to offer assistance if they should need it.
