I think the leaders could do a better job at knowing the overall baseline pay. Mentor Network of Pensacola is the lowest paying network in Florida and it is struggling to keep up with staffing and adequate client well being due to its competition and competitive pay increases

I feel it would be helpful if we as dedicated employees could get paid weekly and have some deductions that are not needed removed from paychecks. Tobacco surcharge is pointless

Im underpaid for the duties my job entails. The individuals don't have consequences for their actions when they are able to understand what they are doing is wrong. I think it can be improved by talking with case managers and other team members to find a solution to behavioral situations
