I don't need someone to "hold" my hand, as I've been told, I need someone who I can rely on to be honest and communicative. Pay is RIDICULOUS ?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Things need to change in house and we as providers need to be heard! We need to be paid what we are worth and treated with dignity and respect from our supervisors!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to listen to us and pay us more! Communicate with us. We are the ones out in the homes and deal with alot of stuff, and to know you're treated like crap because you don't work in the office is crap
