You do not have to have health insurance through the company in order to get life insurance

I feel like my area has alot of long term staff that have been with the company for 5+ years and deserve to be compensated for that as when they were hired the pay rate was less and even with raises new people sometimes make more than them.

People need to stop judging and comparing their work to that of their coworkers. Also, if 1 employee has a problem with another employee, the 1st employee should go to their coworker who they have a problem with instead of running to the boss and complaining.

The clients are wonderful. So are some of the coworkers. It's the coworkers who talk behind other coworker's backs that is a problem. Also the boss lording their authority, ever so subtly, over the employees, has to stop.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Take some of the responsibility off the house managers. Don't force them to work 38 hours with no break. How safe is that for the clients and staff? Pay more I only make a $1 more then my staff and have to deal with all the bullshit. Makes me not want to be a manager.
