I am very disappointed in all upper management. I was forced to work 38 hours with no break this weekend. I don't feel this is safe for staff and clients. We never get any help from upper management. How safe is it to have a staff drive home after working that many hours? Take care of your staff.

Better pay, upper management help out in the homes, Stop mistreating workers.

Take some of the responsibilities off your program Supervisors. Don't force people to work 38 hours with no break.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have only 3 staff and 1 is reliable 1 can't make up her mind if she can handle work that day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Take some of the responsibility off the house managers. Don't force them to work 38 hours with no break. How safe is that for the clients and staff? Pay more I only make a $1 more then my staff and have to deal with all the bullshit. Makes me not want to be a manager.
