My boss not only does everything for us, spreads herself thin for other houses as well. Goes way over the top for how she is treated
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You need adequate pay to stop heavy turn over, which effects your clients in the most negative way. Improve that care for your employees and you would see a dramatic change.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has 3 key players. We make sure everything is the best it can be and we could not do it without each other. I am very grateful for them. We should ALL be appreciated more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Offered a promotion with not even a $2 raise, it feels extremely insulting. The pay rate for a PS position is severely underfunded. It is around $16 an hour when other companies are paying at the very least $20. I have not taken the job even though I want to, just does not pay enough.
