Employees cheer each other on and recognize when others go above and beyond. We have a weekly meeting that reviews significant achievements of the week and always becomes a "high-five party", recognizing all who went above and beyond.

They actually pay a fair market wage. And unlimited PTO is an actual thing -- employees are encouraged to take time away, but people don't use it excessively because we all realize that the work needs to get done.

The leadership team is not just a bunch of managers -- they're all doers, meaning that they still roll up their sleeves and help do the work on a daily basis. They don't ask anyone to do something they're not willing to do themselves.
