Being we are made up of remote employees, this company is hands-down the best when it comes to environment and culture. SmartCommerce is extremely inventive at making us all feel like a community with engaging chat rooms, virtual and in person events, and overall involvement for all.

Employees cheer each other on and recognize when others go above and beyond. We have a weekly meeting that reviews significant achievements of the week and always becomes a "high-five party", recognizing all who went above and beyond.
