What did you like most about the interview process?

It was very transparent and clear that it was about the company as a fit for me as much as me being a fit for the role in the company.
The recruiter was very transparent and kept me informed.
I liked the 4 different stages and process of everyone's input on being the proper fit for the job.
The zoom interview went very well and smooth. Feedback was received quickly abd the process was very easy and didnt take too much tome.
My initial interviewer kept me completely at ease. Speaking with her was fun! I interviewed with 2 leaders in my group that also made me feel completely comfortable and of value to them. Their knowledge and passion for Smartcommerce set the bar for my inspiration in being a part.
There was an ease, like communicating with your next door neighbor.
I actually had Executives interviews AND met with the CEO twice. She made that kind of time commitment to meet with me.
Had the chance to meet a number of colleagues and really understand the culture
The interviewers were genuinely interested im me and what i had to offer.
It was rigorous but they strive to hire the best talent.
The recruiter kept in contact throughout the process, letting me know what was next or if there would be a delay of a day or two until the next step.
The whole process did not take too long
My first interview was with the CEO of the company.
I really enjoyed interacting with the recruiter. She was fantastic and kept me informed about all the next steps (and there were several steps to the process) but she always was responsive and positive.
Two Female Executives interviewed me and were passionate about growth and culture.
