Profit sharing is a great motivator as we rapidly grow. Not having to worry about where finite vacation days are used and truly being able to recharge with unlimited pto. We stay responsible and get our job done while helping others.

It was very transparent and clear that it was about the company as a fit for me as much as me being a fit for the role in the company.
The recruiter was very transparent and kept me informed.
