working to make a difference at the company
Though we are all remote, we are very connected and supportive of each other.
I like connecting and learning ways to be the best team member.
Respect for each other amd aleays ready to help one another. Very approachable and kind!
Any issues that come up are rapidly addressed and we seem to be effective together. I like everyone I interact with and appreciate them so much.

Idea Sharing is rewarded, No one is Wrong and No One is right (just because a Sales Rep is at or above their Quota), New Ideas are encouraged. Our Manager hosts a weekly call to see what's working, not, how can we (as a team) move our skills to the next level.
