I'm most happy when I iterate on something, and I see a noticeable improvement in the reactions to my work. I love the feeling of making an impact.

The health insurance we have here is incredible. I also think the lunch program is pretty unique and amazing. I think the mental health support here is incredible as well.

I love the commitment to our mission and values. Often these things are lip service, but we actually live those things here. I also think that the autonomy allowed by leadership is great. I can get things done without 6 gates of approval, and it feels so good.
