Working at Snap after being acquired has been as rewarding as it has been challenging. I'm seeing the impact that I have, and my manager passes along positive feedback from other teammates. I'd like to figure out a more reasonable pace for my typical work duties.

I like the openness to feedback & ideas. Sometimes the priority of progress seems a little low from leadership, but it seems like they always come back to it (possibly in response to figures reports & feedback from clients).
