ssm is run poorly and they pay their employees poorly and do not value those that work hard and are loyal. turnover is ridiculous because of the poor wages and that makes life hell for those of us that stay

Because we are paid under a group job title not individual performance, we are paid poorly. cost of living has gone way up and most of us cannot pay our bills. We deserve better from a company that is faith based while the executives make plenty of money and expect us to work harder with less help
