I believe in Strive Health's mission, and I know our leadership team infuses this mission across the organization. The company moves at a fast pace, and I do worry about burnout. The company is continually improving, and I urge leadership to really listen to feedback, even if it is tough to hear.

Fast paced, challenging, but rewarding. Everyone on my team is extremely busy, so adding more to our plate is not really feasible. Sometimes I feel that our workload is not understood by upper management/executive stakeholders.

The company is constantly changing and there's a lot of room to make an impact - in fact, it's easy to feel scatter-brained about what to tackle next. However, I feel like I've grown a lot personally in my role because I've been given a fairly blank slate and the autonomy to do what I think is best.
