Strive has been one of my favorite companies to work for so far. Overall leadership seems to be excellent. My leader is great, but I could use more consistent feedback about my performance and goals so that I can grow effectively. Benefits were subpar at hire, but are getting better quarterly.

Ive been part of Strive for a long time. from when we had 25 employee ro now tranding towards 800 theough next year. the moral majority are honest, collaborative, and driven. for the latter small percentage i beleice Strive will do everything they can to right the ship

The company is constantly changing and there's a lot of room to make an impact - in fact, it's easy to feel scatter-brained about what to tackle next. However, I feel like I've grown a lot personally in my role because I've been given a fairly blank slate and the autonomy to do what I think is best.

I would like to see the 401k match increased in the coming year(s). I also feel that the tech salaries are below market averages. I think we are getting better at this with new hires, but if we want to retain older hires, we will need to compete with the market.
