The company is constantly changing and there's a lot of room to make an impact - in fact, it's easy to feel scatter-brained about what to tackle next. However, I feel like I've grown a lot personally in my role because I've been given a fairly blank slate and the autonomy to do what I think is best.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I complete work that makes an observable impact. I also like brainstorming with my colleagues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like how much of it is focused on well-being, and overall it feels well-rounded as a benefits package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like a lot of space is given to have candid and open conversations. I also like how most people enjoy connecting over Slack on lots of different channels!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how often we get to engage with them and see them, from Monthly All Striver calls to how much they engage with the people and work going on in their respective lanes.
