A lot of nepotism. The same peoole just hiring there friends. Starting to bring the quality of management and development. Went 3 years without a wage promotion and my SM made a Million dollar store and was rewarded a ASM roll under a new girl that upper management wanted in the room with them.

Profit sharing plan, benefits for my family, and the commission was the only reason I stayed. I didn't have the right tint to get a large store. Even with my BBA in management

Diversify your upper management . It's pretty discouraging when you get to a certain level and all you see is the same looking people, same tint, same words, secret meetings, just promote off of numbers and stop trying to keep your look alike in the room with you.
