Really really hard motivated team willing to go the extra mile

We all get along and work well together to get the job done

they are all nice and like family

We make each other laugh when times are the hardest

We are all go getters

reliabile and well trained too

Several of our employees at 3608 colonial have left this facility and went to other facilities transferring because of the direction of Derek the GM store manager now

Will and grit to continue slaving after tiring work days

We work hard and good as a team.

Most of them actually cared about the customers and their cars within reason but were not in positions where policies that hurt customers' wallets could be amended.

We are all able to work very well with each other and we are able to learn from one another

Interacting with my co-workers is enjoyable. Working together is like a choreographed ballet, knowing what the other is doing without needing to stop and think about it.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Training is inadequate. Retention is zero. Pay is low. This leads to low quality employees.

I cannot confidently criticize my coworkers knowing that they have not been properly trained and knowing that our manager does not hold us eaqually accountable for our job responsibilities.

They need to do right and not be selling things to elderly and young people that don't need it

To wake up because they let these people walk on then and determine there life

Being on time dreesed for work and have all there pens and flashlights

They have employees that are verbally harassing and physically threatning and management allows this behavior to continue

Coworkers dont need improvement the manager does you need a new manager

I never had meetings. Just always being told to do more with no montary compensation.
