Getting to know what I would be doing.
It wasn't a long interview. Maybe because I already had experience at a take 5 in Florida
It was very fast and the manager let me know what to expect.
The fact that it's easy
You can be yourself so the questions arent off the wall
I answered the last question incorrectly, the interveiw process was not difficult at all. The person interviewing me was a very nice, cordial, and great hiring management and asked all the right questions and i feel i gave all the correct answers, it unfortunately wasmt exactly like he said
My old boss was honest about what the job would be like and did not sugar coat it

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Making sure there not over qualified

In a 30 minute interview, at least 20 of that should have been addressing experience, the shop, etc. Instead, I had less than 3 minutes to talk about myself, and the next 27 was spent being told about the managers personal weapons he owns, his room being a vault by the st. Of Florida, etc.

The application is really long and if your hired gabe will talk you down and treat you wrong until the new guy quits. He's done it to 3 new hires since I've worked there
