Because i helped get the shop cleaned on my first 5 days and i worked harder than the original crew did and yet i never got paid for it. The work output i created compared to those i worked with on the five days i did work was way more.
Not threatening your workers to cut their hours because they dont sign up for more hours. Thats redundant when you are requesting workers to work. Why, on Earth, would you create more hours to fill if you are already asking people to cover hours? And pay your workers for the time they worked.
