They're all nice and good at their jobs. Willing to take time to explain processes.

I am very qualified for the position they've hired me for, but they hired me at a rate easily $10k less than I'm worth, and the benefits cost almost twice as much as other companies. This is to say nothing of the fact that I'm not payed enough to contribute to a 401K.
