They were allowing supervisors to disrespect us put us down and get in our faces and never done anything about it after being reported

Really caring about employees and not just creating the next round of buzzwords
Treating people with respect and in general not degrading them in front of their peers. If you speak up you're out and considered a disgruntle employee.
simplify messages, focus on a few key things, improve operational processes--declining markets so we need to be more efficient
hiring lower management and supervisory personnel based upon people skills rather than on connections, perceived toughness, nepotism, brown nosing.
Communication needs to improve in customer service.
