The people here are great. The products are "ok" - I think Tek is riding on their historic reputation rather than their current offerings.

An AWESOME annual merit pay increase would be 2-3% at BEST at Tektronix. You're more likely to see 1.2 - 1.8% with a lot of promises that "next year will be better".

STOP DOING THINGS just because "that's the way we've been doing it"... challenge EVERY task you can't see a clear justification for doing. STOP USING FIVE SHEETS OF PAPER FOR EVERYTHING!

It is a joke... it seems as if you have to take 7 minutes instead of 5 to use the rest room they're looking for SOME way to recover that time from you.
