What do you like best about the leadership team?

Managers are more worried about productivity using broken metrics than anything else.

They do not micro-manage the teams and let us work with a reasonable amount of autonomy.

They are very helpful and enjoy hearing about your experience

Supportive and focused on results.

My direct line manager is focused on making the team successful and improving all things we touch. She encourages learning and advancement from within the team. She also encourages us to mentor others to success.

They are really friendly and down to earth. Also super approachable. Willing to talk with interns and give us advice on how we should develop ourselves and our careers.

Valuing the Employees over the Shareholders. Valuing the Customer over the Shareholders. Listening to employee feedback. Delivering an organized strategy and or even a vision.
