What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the people, they seemed genuinely interested in me and excited to get to know me. Very personable.
It was relaxed and was done in stages with a fair amount of communication between steps
They outlined what I would be working on and it made me feel better about entering my position
Speed and feedback were very consistent and appropriate.
I was able to meet with the actual employees who would become my manager and coworkers.
They carefully looked at my resume and videos
They didn't ask asinine questions, we just talked and made sure the culture was a right fit, then my resume was secondary
