What are some of the best things about your team?
They believe in customers and they value the memory of the Tektronix Brand. We work hard to support one another despite management. I work with people who still believe in getting things done right and on time.
Tektronix has a great work culture, lots of diversity. While corporate management and IT structure may not be great, people are friendly and willing to help.
Everyone one helps each other in need..
My team works hard to enable one another's success. We pull together to ensure everyone can learn, advance, balance work with family life and innovate to fix what we can. The kind of people who buy out of pocket and bring snacks to upper management's mandatory 4 hours meetings.
We all come from different backgrounds so we all have many different ideas that we can throw around, many of which we hadn't thought of prior.

Personal opinion can interrupt professional collaboration on projects.
No sense of a team. Feels like contractors inside a company.
Due to Fortive KPI Culture, created many silos, alignment of priorities never were good. Leadership focus heavily on short term results, paying far insufficient efforts and resources to ensure good internal strategic alignment across the company. Keep speaking slogan only. Others follow or shut up.
STOP DOING THINGS just because "that's the way we've been doing it"... challenge EVERY task you can't see a clear justification for doing. STOP USING FIVE SHEETS OF PAPER FOR EVERYTHING!
