We are all in the same position. We try to help wach other when possible. No one feels better than anyone else
Patients all say the same thing- mo accountability. Everyone says they will call back and never do. They have a lacknof trust in our company. They do not like our processes and feel they need to improve.
We (as RTL ESC) members need to have a recourse to discuss our concerns with our supervisor. She does not feel the need to speak with us individually. Or that she should listen to our calls with us. She also has hone back to write us up even though we were not under her
