I made it abundantly clear how I felt about working with my senior sales lead and I was told very plainly that I needed to find a way to get along with him despite his lack of civility, communication and morals.

For instance if your Sales person has been with the company longer than you and has a more proven track record, they will always be more valued over you regardless of experience and personality. A moral compass is not needed to work
