What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love that our leadership is transparent and very approachable. No red tape. Very rare to see vs. corporate America.

They are always direct with feedback and I never have to guess how I am doing. If there is a problem, it is brought to my attention so it can be addressed right away, and then we move forward. If I am doing a great job, they tell me and I am recognized for it.

I like the transparency given day in and day out.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training and communication. Not allowing employees to mix, stop drug and alcohol use and sales at work.
