Overall positive. We get great benefits (unlimited vacation) and they encourage us to take it when we don't have deadlines looming. The autonomy is great.

They understand that we're a quick moving team but that we're each experts in our field and that rather than getting in arguments, we'll defer to the expertise of the individual, even at the CEO level down to the newest employee.

They don't micromanage and they give us a lot of autonomy. They understand that we're a small team and each of us wear a lot of different hats and that to be nimble and pivot, requires a lot of trust to do our jobs and excel in them.
