I was working to gather the requirements to help automate services for a client.
The company allowed me to showcase my talent and bring the most of it but is not respecting the value i am bringing over to the project.

I enjoy the projects I work on, but do not like that when the project ends, you are put in a "talent pool" and have 30 days to find another opportunity or you are let go.
