Everything is positive except appraisal

The people individually help with the work environment

The current executive leadership team is extremely grounded and consciously practice and project the values the company is built on. Individuals are provided with a great deal of independence in decision making and are trusted to make the right decisions for the company and self.

Flexible work timings, only friendly competitions within peers

There is very less negativity and very less politics

Good offices, Work culture and flexi timings

synergistic, collaborative, diverse, energetic, humble and transformational

There are daily emails to keep you up to date on the company wide messages. There are games and knowledge transfer that are offered to everyone.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Need to give more salary hikes. HR dept should imprive a lot

emphasis on values and culture and work life balance

Company needs to start giving value to the employees who are really working hard rather than ignoring their effort
