Leadership is good and supportive. It is good to train their leads and managers on the values they boast of in UST. The morale is not quite passed down the corporate structure. Always considering cost cause harm in retaining talent.
They listen and are focused on the people they employee knowing that if we are happy, the products we produce will be better!
