Internal with our C-Levels not professional if they miss the interview 3-4 times or being late with no excuses; again not accountable, they don't care

Growing fast by acquiring companies, products, and employees. Most difficult is the internal processes and new systems not integrating or assimilating to the company and employees.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at UST Global?
Do the right thing by its employees by being fair, honest and truthful to their jobs, performance, and leadership.
What do people at UST Global think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
CEO needs to make his C- Levels accountable for their work, direct reports, and do the right thing for the company and their people. He is too distant from the everyday problems and escalations.
How's the work life balance at UST Global?
I work 7 days a week, hard to keep up when everyone cc you on their emails.

Yes, but not full time remote

There are not aligned to our current positions. Have not received one in 5 years

PTO policy is fine except when your manager asks for you to take your computer on your PTO. Need a 401K Match based upon other companies
