Visual Edge has been the worst company I have ever worked for. The turnover is absolutely crazy and the amount of meetings we have about meetings increases daily. The only reason I stay is the money However, It has gone down year over a year.

Visual Edge has a better base pay compared to its competitors. However, the cost the salesman pay for equipment is much higher than what other competitors charge their sales people making it so that we are paid much less commissions
