Fair 401K match and PTO
Visual Edge has a better base pay compared to its competitors. However, the cost the salesman pay for equipment is much higher than what other competitors charge their sales people making it so that we are paid much less commissions
It is a very generous compensation package

This company does not pay non-sales roles proportionally to their contribution. Admin and Ops are not as valued as sales are
My salary is not on par with my skillset and bonuses are a joke
Anyone else in my role would be earning considerably more than what I'm earning for level and quality of work I churn out. Stock would be gifted not pay for play without an ESPP. There's a complete lack of culture and employee benefits including a lack of reasonable employee match on 401k.

Leadership needs to be shaken up. There's too much old school leadership and not enough contemporary or visionary leadership. There also needs to be much more transparency and trust to allow talent to execute their roles without constant and sudden changes in direction.
