The overall experience is terrible. This job supports my family so I have to stay. I wish it was under new management.

I work at this dangerous plant creating electricity. I do very hard work and the bosses are very mean and greedy. I deserve a raise. I’m not obligated to anything but I’m their best worker and retired vet and I don’t get treated with the same respect that I treat them.

They need to actually work. They don’t work. They are lazy but for some reason they get paid more than me. I am a retired Veteran and when I go to work at my job at LG&E power plant. I make sure I the lights on in peoples homes and the other guys sleep in the bulldozers.
Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?
The bosses don’t work. They don’t want to pitch in a hand when we are short staffed. This causes stress on everyone when it’s only me and one other guy out there doing all the work at this huge plant. Boss didn’t let us have a break and we worked for 13hrs without a break and without help.
