Instead of sidelining technical career path, there is a need to integrate non-technical and technical career employees to have a good culture for the company's continuous growth

Listen to employee evaluation's about their upper management within certain departments.
Focus on and reward the people doing the work, not on the executives. Too many executives with little coming from them that will help the company. Execs need to recognize those who come to work each day and make a difference, not just their over paid peers.
Everyone needs to work as a team not just individually!
The bosses don’t work. They don’t want to pitch in a hand when we are short staffed. This causes stress on everyone when it’s only me and one other guy out there doing all the work at this huge plant. Boss didn’t let us have a break and we worked for 13hrs without a break and without help.
WD needs to care about their employees and not just give lip service.
