What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating company plans. We are at a loss at what the health of the company really is.

The leadership team does not really care about product quality, the main thing to push is timeline and meetings, more managers get promoted with every product launch, its a waste of effort for technical employees

More patience more understanding and quit the harassment.
