The leadership team does not really care about product quality, the main thing to push is timeline and meetings, more managers get promoted with every product launch, its a waste of effort for technical employees

Western Digital held back on raises and promotions for several years while they spent way too much money buying other companies. Then, once they did enable raises and promotions, the funding was very bad. Employees are losing money working for Western Digital

Instead of sidelining technical career path, there is a need to integrate non-technical and technical career employees to have a good culture for the company's continuous growth

You need better pay and you'll get better employees.

Listen to employee evaluation's about their upper management within certain departments.

Focus on and reward the people doing the work, not on the executives. Too many executives with little coming from them that will help the company. Execs need to recognize those who come to work each day and make a difference, not just their over paid peers.

Everyone needs to work as a team not just individually!

More money last hours. I just think everybody's miserable. Nobody knows how to smile nobody knows out to be polite

Focus on being a leader in the industry. Stop bringing in more executives from the outside who know little if anything about the industry. Give people actual raises. Have real, and defined career paths.

I work at this dangerous plant creating electricity. I do very hard work and the bosses are very mean and greedy. I deserve a raise. I’m not obligated to anything but I’m their best worker and retired vet and I don’t get treated with the same respect that I treat them.

More challenging work and competency needs to improve with co-workers. Also, how about not only hiring using H1Bs.
