The leadership is very easy going and they always remind to work as a team
We are grateful for our committed leaders.
Communicating company plans. We are at a loss at what the health of the company really is.
The leadership team does not really care about product quality, the main thing to push is timeline and meetings, more managers get promoted with every product launch, its a waste of effort for technical employees
More patience more understanding and quit the harassment.

Making the company a leader in the industry.
Review from Operations Dept
Focusing on making better products, and leading the industry, not Equity, and other woke principles. They need to remember that their success is dependent on the people below them doing the work.
Paid well as per market standards
we have a great numbers of benefits in the company.
Wd paid every quarter, that is the best
open structure for comp. No hidden part of comp
Review from Engineering Dept
I like the long term incentive
fair ACR/STI/LTI. people doing the work should get paid accordingly.
should be at market rate
Because you always feel harassed every day at work.

having management replace the bad apples
Western Digital held back on raises and promotions for several years while they spent way too much money buying other companies. Then, once they did enable raises and promotions, the funding was very bad. Employees are losing money working for Western Digital
Willing to get things done
cordial, generous, going the extra mile for the team, supporting
Good learnings, easy to communicate with team mates, helping attitude
Most of the colleagues are nice.
The team is very supportive of each other.
Study basic computer science topics
Be more efficent, creative and trustable.
The people that work there are very unhappy people because they are so underpaid and overworked.
Review from Operations Dept
Collaboration that is genuine versus forced.
Look at the way Sandisk did things not just WD/HGST!
Accountability and transparency from manager
Coworkers are generally pleasant to work with.
Trasparent, openness , and trying to take care
Flexibility, innovation, support and team work
people are inherently nice and kind
Instead of sidelining technical career path, there is a need to integrate non-technical and technical career employees to have a good culture for the company's continuous growth
You need better pay and you'll get better employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Listen to employee evaluation's about their upper management within certain departments.
Focus on and reward the people doing the work, not on the executives. Too many executives with little coming from them that will help the company. Execs need to recognize those who come to work each day and make a difference, not just their over paid peers.
Everyone needs to work as a team not just individually!
There were not too many interviews. Interviewers were polite.
Professional , quick, transparent, organized,
Meeting others outside the reporting team. Learing about different experiences in the company.
The candidate evaluation is not based on technical prowess or past achievements, but based on evaluating open mindset and growth mentality
Organized, kind consideration, clarity in JD
I dread going into work every day especially when I pull into the parking lot I really don't wanna go in
Review from Operations Dept
Knowing that I am learning something everyday
The salary and work life balance
doing work with supportive team
Team collaboration around projects. The Perseveranceof team and uncertain certain
Work is technically challenging and there is a sense of ownership for technical leaders
Bring in a leadership team that understands the business. Bring in a CEO who exudes excitement about the company through his actions, without having to explicitly state it. Provide details about the business, products, future outlook in town hall meetings; promote competent people within WDC
More money last hours. I just think everybody's miserable. Nobody knows how to smile nobody knows out to be polite
Review from Operations Dept
Focus on being a leader in the industry. Stop bringing in more executives from the outside who know little if anything about the industry. Give people actual raises. Have real, and defined career paths.
I work at this dangerous plant creating electricity. I do very hard work and the bosses are very mean and greedy. I deserve a raise. I’m not obligated to anything but I’m their best worker and retired vet and I don’t get treated with the same respect that I treat them.
More challenging work and competency needs to improve with co-workers. Also, how about not only hiring using H1Bs.
