Does Zipwhip drug test or do a background check?
no
Not sure about the most current policy, but when I started two years ago they did a background check and a drug test (but they were not testing for marijuana, only harder stuff).

The engineering department is full of some very bright and very dedicated individuals - work hard and play hard, great team dynamic, and just all around good people. Would recommend Zipwhip to anyone.

Great pay with flexible hours - work from home occasionally when needed.
