Although every company and job has their challenges, I honestly feel Vixxo is one of the best places I have worked for in my career. They give you an opportunity for growth and care for their associates.

It's an ok company. Leadership means well, but tends to be very authoritative and doesn't communicate much with the rest of the company. The work itself can be interesting, but teams don't always work together. Sometimes it feels like everything is made overly complicated.
