They care about employee values
The executive leadership team is dominated by the CEO and CTO, who could both use some leadership coaching. If they make decisions that end up being a hot mess, they certainly don't take any responsibility for it.
The best thing about our leadership team is how little I need to interact with them.
I appreciate their transparency and openness regarding the company, its goals, direction, and financial standing.
They care about everyone and they want to make sure we're doing well
Building a great culture and engaging the rest of the employees.
Not much, they are doing well.
I most enjoy the flexibility to work from home or office (50/50 policy where we work from home 50% of the time and set our schedules for days in the office). Additionally, I appreciate the amount of PTO offered and that they encourage us all to use our time to rest, recharge, and refocus.
High base pay for managers
No benefits package is perfect, but Vixxo is competitive in the current market with Health, PTO, compensation, and bonus packages. They recently sent out a survey asking the associates what they like and don't like about the benefits and they are working to improve what is already there.
PTO, 401k matching, insurance costs
The bonus structure is needlessly complicated and often very difficult to tie back into my work. I doubt we'll even get a bonus this year, though that is certainly not due to any decisions I made or lack of follow through on my part.
PTO and benefits are standard, but at the minimum. Nothing exciting.
Senior leadership is full of self-important bullies that have poor business skills and worse interpersonal skills.
Better work/life balance and autonomy -- namely, letting me work out my in office vs remote schedule with my manager; better PTO and holidays (we don't even get the day after Thanksgiving off!), and having a manager who actually has time to have 1:1s.
For the most part, the people I work with are good, hard-working, and friendly. There are a number of pretty ineffective people, and some stuck points because people have been here forever and that's how it's always been done.
My team is great at collaboration and helping each other when needed. Vixxo has a very inclusive and supportive team throughout the company.
I think everyone on my team genuinely wants to do a good job, and tries to help when asked.
They work hard and care about their customers
Communication, communication, and communication. I feel my contributions are supported, heard, and taken seriously.

Most people generally want to do their jobs well and collaborate with others. This may not always happen, but it's not the fault of individuals, generally.
Everyone is so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I truly appreciate the friendships I have gained and the experience and growth within the company.
There is a lot of recognition in quarterly meetings and through our Kazoo platform. Not only is this nice, it's a good way to hear about what other teams are doing -- especially since communication is rather lacking otherwise.
The associates, they are all very helpful, positive, and friendly. The culture, as a whole, is very accepting, professional, and I look forward to my interactions with my team.

Everybody from HR to hiring mgr did what they said they would do and communicated next steps effectively.
The HR team was very professional and had open communication during the entire process.

I love the diversity in my work. My tasks are ever-changing and it keeps me challenged and give the opportunity to learn new things and grow.
This business model seems really dated overall, and I haven't seen a lot of interesting innovation. I do not think this business will last.
Our customer service teams and technicians are undervalued, and our processes are cumbersome.
There's a real lack of innovation or any concern about how top-heavy and disengaged this company is. No interest from the 3 leaders who run everything on hearing new ideas or feedback. They always know best. Due to industry changes and some pretty poor decisions, I don't think this company will last
I've seen some really negative feedback from our service provider partners. I think we can do better in supporting them and get more coverage to meet SLAs
Customers are allowed to walk all over team members.
