Poor communication, lack of accountability, and extremely high turnover.
The company culture is very dated and uncomfortable. The CEO always has his favorite people and idea of the moment, and if you are one of those, great, if not, be gone with you. The in-crowd can do no wrong; while anyone else gets practically yelled at for even having an idea.
